Fishman buys Belgrade lot

JEC and Industrial Building will a 45,000-sq.m. mall in the Serbian capital.

Fishman Holdings subsidiary Jerusalem Economic Corp. (TASE:ECJM) (JEC) and its subsidiary Industrial Buildings Corp. (TASE: IBLD) have jointly bought a 20-acre commercial lot in Belgrade, Serbia, for €10 million. The deal was made through the company's joint Dutch subsidiary, which they own in equal shares.

JEC and Industrial Building plan to build a 45,000-square meter mall on the site at an estimated investment of €26 million.

Eliezer Fishman is the controlling shareholder in “Globes”.
