50-floor high-rise approved for Diamond Exchange complex

Sapir Tower will be built by Tidhar, Rogovin and Aviv.

The Tel Aviv district planning and building committee today approved for deposit the plans for Sapir Tower, a 50-floor high-rise. The project in the Ramat Gan Diamond Exchange complex is being built by Tidhar Construction and Development Ltd., Rogovin Ltd. and Aviv & Co. Ltd.

The tower will be built on a 7 dunam (28 acres) lot between Tuval, Hayetzira and Harkon streets. The land was purchased in 2001 by Tidhar and Rogovin from 20 diamond merchants. There is currently a car park and several service garages on the site.
