Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 90-sq.m. three-and-a-half-room apartment in need of renovation on Bavli St., north Tel Aviv, was sold for NIS 2.56 million. An 85-sq.m. three-room apartment in need of a thorough renovation on Miriam Hahashmonait St. was sold for NIS 1.35 million (Reshef Residential Properties).

Herzliya: A 155-sq.m. five-room apartment on Yair Stern St. was sold for NIS 2.12 million. A 300-sq.m. seven-room house on a 250-sq.m. lot on Brand St. was sold for NIS 3.75 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Kfar Saba: A 100-sq.m. four-room apartment on Brand Str., was sold for NIS 1.37 million, down from the asking price of NIS 1.46 million (Reshef Residential Properties).

Holon: A 60-sq.m. three-room apartment in need of renovation on Har Hatzofim St. was sold for NIS 720,000. A 120-sq.m. four-room apartment in need of renovation on Keren Hayesod St. was sold for NIS 1.1 million. An 86-sq.m. four-room apartment on Hadit Hemesh St. was sold for NIS 1.23 million (Re/MAX).

Rishon LeZion: A 107-sq.m. four-room apartment on Piano St. was sold for NIS 1.57 million (MMM Real Estate).

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 55-sq.m. two-room apartment on Itamar Ben-Avi St., Kiryat Shmuel, was sold for NIS 1.5 million (Reshef Residential Properties). A 73-sq.m. three-and-a-half-room apartment on Shalom Aleichem St. was sold for NIS 1.95 million (Lynn Steinberg Realtors). An 80-sq.m. three-and-a-half-room apartment on Bialik St., Beit Hakerem, was sold for NIS 1.7 million (Narkis Properties and Lunsky Realtors). A 62-sq.m. three-room apartment on Ben LaBrat St., Rehavia, was sold for NIS 1.57 million (Lunsky Realtors and Roman Properties).

Holon: A renovated four-room apartment on Hahistadrut St. was leased for NSI 3,750 a month (Re/MAX).
