Shikun u'Binui Solel Boneh Building and Infrastructure will build the interchange near Kibbutz Kadarim where Road 65 meets Road 85.
Arison unit Shikun u'Binui Holdings Ltd. (TASE: SKBN) has won the Israel National Roads Company Ltd. tender to build the Upper Galilee interchange near Kibbutz Kadarim at the intersection of Road 65, which runs north from the Golani Junction and Road 85, running eastwards from Carmiel. The project, which is worth NIS 250 million, will be built by Shikun u'Binui unit Shikun u'Binui Solel Boneh Building and Infrastructure Ltd.. The interchange will take four years to complete and will include detailed environmental planning.
The building work will include upgrading Roads 65 and 85 from two lane highways to four lane highways and a small interchange to the entrance to the village of Kahal. The project also includes landscaping and tracks for hikers in nearby streams.
