Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 125-sq.m. five-room, third floor apartment with a 25-sq.m. balcony, storage room, elevator and two parking spaces on Neeman St. in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 4 million (French Real Estate).

Holon: A 85-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and covered parking on Kibbutz Galuyot St. in the Rassco Bet neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.53 million. A 115-sq.m., 4.5-room, fifth floor apartment with a balcony, storage room, two elevators and parking on Yigael Yadin St. in the Chet 300 neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.2 million. A renovated 55-sq.m., 2.5-room, fourth floor apartment on Yoseph Haim Brenner St. in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 990,000 (RE-MAX Evanav).

Rehovot: A 160-sq.m., six-room, eighth floor duplex apartment with two balconies totaling 55-sq.m., storage room, elevator and parking on Gershon Dubenboim St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.68 million. A 135-sq.m., five-room, third floor duplex apartment with a 100-sq.m. private roof area and additional building rights, storage room, elevator and parking on Menachem Ben-Yehuda St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.13 million. A 60-sq.m., 2.5-room, fourth floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Taran St. in the Azorei Weizmann neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for 1 million. A 128-sq.m., five-room, tenth floor apartment with a storage room, elevator and parking on Har Hatzofim St. in the west of the city was sold for NIS 1.93 million. A 82-sq.m., 3.5-room, 17th floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Carmel St. in Ahuzat Hanasi in the northeast of the city was sold for NIS 1.82 million.

Beersheva and the south
Beersheva: A 86-sq.m. three-room, third floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Leo Piquard St. in the Ramot neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 960,000. A 96-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Massada St. was sold for NIS 820,000. A 90-sq.m., four-room, fourth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Meir Grossman St. in the Neve Zeev neighborhood in the west of the city was sold for NIS 1.07 million. A 60-sq.m, three-room, second floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Hameri HaIvri St. in the Heh neighborhood was sold for NIS 640,000.

Rentals
Tel Aviv and central region
Rehovot: A 70-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Chen Boulevard in the north of the city was leased for NIS 2,500 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
