A selection of recent real estate deals in Israel including in Herzliya, Ramat Gan Givatayim, Modi'in, Lod, Sderot and Dimona.

Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Givatayim: A 90-sq.m. four-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Hahaganah St. was sold for NIS 2.48 million. A 68-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Hapoel Hatzair St. was sold for NIS 2.03 million. A 100-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Yafe Nof St. was sold for NIS 3.25 million. A 116-sq.m., five-room, fifth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Hahaganah St. was sold for NIS 3.55 million (RE-MAX - 100%).

Herzliya: A 113-sq.m. four-room, first floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Tor Hazahav St. in the Weizmann neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.7 million. A 140-sq.m., 4.5-room, third floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Ha'atzmaut St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.44 million. A 120-sq.m., five-room, third floor penthouse with a 34-sq.m. balcony, storage room, elevator and parking on Dan Shomron St. in the north of the city was sold for 3.99 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Modi'in: A 90-sq.m. four-room apartment with a 15-sq.m. balcony, storage room and covered parking on Nissan St. in the Kramim neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.91 million. A 80-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with a 6-sq.m. balcony, storage room and parking on Emek Ayalon St. in the Prachim neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.62 million. A 127-sq.m., 4.5-room apartment with a 30-sq.m. balcony, and covered parking on Yarchim St. in the Kramim neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.13 million.

Lod: A 70-sq.m., three room, second floor apartment on Hahalutz st. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 630,000. A 100-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment on Guttman St. was sold for NIS 750,000. A 115-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment on Hanasi St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.17 million (Keller Williams).

Beersheva and the south
Sderot: A renovated 110-sq.m. five-room house with a security room but no parking Moshe Ravno St. in the Neot Hamayesdim neighborhood in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 1.05 million (RE-MAX)

Rentals
Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan: A 70-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Pinchas Rotenberg St. was leased for NIS 3750 per month (RE-MAX - Focus).

Beersheva and the south
Dimona: A 100-sq.m., four-room, third floor apartment with no elevator and no parking was leased for NIS 2,000 per month (RE-MAX - Nova).
