The Center is "designed to be one stop shop for foreign-based companies interested in investigating direct investment opportunities in the country." Among other things, the site contains a directory of Israeli trade representatives around the world.

MATIMOP
MATIMOP (The Israeli Industry Center for R&D) describes itself as "the main technology clearinghouse in Israel serving business seeking international cooperation."
This is a sister site to the Office of the Chief Scientist site, but the emphasis is on R&D cooperation rather than investment and the scope goes beyond the incubators.
The site offers a facility for requesting further information from companies, and an active matchmaking service.

Tnufa- Start-up PromotionProgram
"Tnufa is a non-profit Israeli government-supported organization and is dedicated to helping inventors successfully commercialize their new product ideas by giving Seed Money Grants of up to $25,000 in addition to free legal, marketing and business-management counseling." The site is in Hebrew.
