PassCall of Israel, HP Cooperating in Providing Internet, Added Value Services for Cellular Telephones

Israeli company PassCall's technology facilitates transmission of all Internet content to any cell phone user without alteration of the site or any other changes.

PassCall of Israel and US company Hewlett Packard (HP) have announced cooperation in order to supply Internet and other added value services for cellular telephones.

The cooperation will take place in the framework of HP's Mobile E-Services Bazaar, which supports current comprehensive development of innovative applications. The Bazaar supports selected cellular technical, commercial, business, marketing, and economic e-services.

PassCall is currently integrating its state-of-the-art GateWave technology with HP's platform.

PassCall is owned by its three founders (Nicky Pappo, Eyal Zohar, and Sergey Korabelnikov), who hold equally 34% of the shares, Ituran (18%), Propolis (18%), Israel Infinity Fund (12%), Holland Venture Fund (9%), and Intel (9%). Company employees hold options for 10% of the company shares, which if exercised will dilute the other shareholders.
