He has been responsible for heading the creative and commercial output of two of the industry’s biggest international TV
groups. During his term at at Sony from Jan 2009 to March 2012 he oversaw the creation of a global content network, the establishment of companies in the UK, middle east, Spain and Italy and the implementation of a content strategy that resulted in more scripted and non-scripted formats being created, produced, sold and reordered in more countries than ever before.

Morley was with Endemol International for 8 years, during which time he held a number of management positions, including managing director of Endemol Poland before moving to Holland to head up Endemol's global creative team and oversee all of the group's international creative support teams, format sales, distribution, program acquisitions, legal and marketing units. He played key roles in establishing companies in Russia, India, Brazil and the middle east and also the rollout and exploitation of hits such as Big Brother, Fear Factor, Deal or No Deal and Wipeout.

Morley is also an acclaimed international author. Writing both as himself and as Sam Christer. He has been published in more than 40 countries with his 2011 conspiracy thriller The Stonehenge Legacy being translated into 35 different languages. His last
novel, The Turin Shroud Secret was published by Little, Brown in March 2012 and has already sold in more than a dozen countries including the UK and USA.

David’s career in broadcasting began in Toronto, Canada and continued at the BBC, where David was a producer in the Current Affairs department of BBC Network Television,

His interests include new technology, media regulation, and behavioural science. He is author of many reports and publications.

David has just completed a paper on the future funding of the BBC for the Adam Smith Institute.

A strategic thinker, he spends most of his time developing branded content strategies for RTÉ Television, TV3 Ireland, Setanta Sports and numerous blue chip brands. He advises University College Dublin on a Film, TV and New Media school and regularly consults with the Irish Government on Interactive Media.

In 2007 he led TV3’s multimillion euro investment into online by developing a truly web 2.0 broadcaster portal with more than 50 destination sites and integrating it across all business functions within TV3. Since then, TV3.ie has transformed the stations revenue model from one dominated by spot advertising to selling services and sponsorships - 25% of the station’s revenue now comes from non-spot advertising.

Boross has worked with such power players as the BBC, Google, The Financial Times, Royal Bank of Scotland and MTV, training executives from the worlds of business and media in a range of communication, presentation, storytelling, performance and pitching skills. He has also worked with several household names, including Virgin chief Sir Richard Branson, TV chef and comedian Ainsley Harriott, and Sky newscaster Dermot Murgnahan.

Ben was previously Creative Director for Format Development at BBC Worldwide, overseeing the creation of new formats for BBC Worldwide’s growing global network of international production
offices.

Ben made his name in the format business as Creative Director and Managing Partner of The Chatterbox Partnership, one of the UK’s first and most successful TV format creation businesses. With co-founder, Tom Ellemann, Chatterbox developed more than 30 formats from initial idea through first commission and onto international success generating more than 1300 hours of original production (and counting!)

The creating of the hit game show format In The Dark originally propelled John into entertainment television and the format business. The format was launched in 1996 on ITV with John as executive producer and has since aired with major broadcasters in 35 territories across the world to date.

John has been a member of the world’s major TV festival jury panels that have included those at the Rose d’Or Festival (Switzerland), the I Emmys (New York) and the Format Awards Jury (Monte Carlo). For 10 years John was Director of Creative and Business Development for Distraction Formats (London. Montreal. Los Angeles).

John is currently President of the International Advisory Board of the Rose d’Or Festival in Switzerland, Head of Programme for the Entertainment Master Class in Germany, the ‘godfather’ on the MBA programme at the Berlin School of Creative Leadership and sits on the boards of Fundamental Entertainment TV and Screen East (UK).
