3 new leases for BSR Towers at $9-11 per sqm per month

The two BSR Towers, located on the Ramat Gan-Bnei Brak border, were built for $120 million.

Three new leases were signed in the past two weeks for the BSR Towers, located on the Ramat Gan-Bnei Brak border. Quattro Capital Markets Ltd. rented 350 sq.m. in the Bnei Brak tower at $10 per sq.m. per month in a seven-year lease. Hashmira Helman - Aldubi Pension Funds Ltd. leased 1,000 sq.m. in the Ramat Gan tower at $9 per sq.m. per month in a five-year lease with a five-year option. Fresh Point Investments rented 340 sq.m. in the Ramat Gan tower at $11 per sq.m. per month in a six-year lease.

The two BSR Towers were built for $120 million. The first tower covers 26,000 sq.m. on 25 floors in Ramat Gan, and the second tower covers 38,000 sq.m. in 31 floors in Bnei Brak.
