Ra’anana: A 125-sq.m. four-room apartment on Hayovel St. was sold for $283,000. A 130-sq.m. four-room apartment on Hahashmona’im St. was sold for $242,000. A three-room apartment in need of renovation on Keren Hayesod St. was sold for $166,000 (Levy Yitzhak).

Petah Tikva: A refurbished 80-sq.m. three-room apartment on Shechter St. was sold for $121,000. A 135-sq.m. five-room apartment on Ha’atzma’ut St. was sold for $245,000. A 135-sq.m. four-and-a-half-room apartment on Shlomzion Hamalka St. was sold for $181,000 (Levy Yitzhak).

Hod Hasharon: A refurbished 150-sq.m. five-room apartment on Re’ut St. was sold for $213,000. A 128-sq.m. five-room apartment on Ben Gamla St. was sold for $208,000 (Levy Yitzhak).

Jerusalem: A 105-sq.m. four-room apartment on Dov Gruner St. was sold for $192,000. A 110-sq.m. four-room garden apartment on Bar Kochva St., French Hill, was sold for $365,000 (Levy Yitzhak). A 95-sq.m. four-room apartment on Elkahi St., Armon Hanatziv, was sold for 143,000. An 83-sq.m. three-room apartment on Herzl St., Beit Hakerem, was sold for $183,000. A 100-sq.m. four-room apartment on Agassi St., Har Nof, was sold for $294,000 (Reshef Residential Properties).

Neve Savion: A three-room apartment was leased for $650 a month (Anglo-Saxon).

Netanya: A furnished four-room apartment with a sea view in the Carmel Hotel was leased for $3,500 a month (Anglo-Saxon).

Ramat Hasharon: A 110-sq.m. four-room apartment on Hakotzer St. was leased for $850 a month (Anglo-Saxon). A six-bedroom house with a large basement, an English garden and swimming pool was leased for $3,400 a month (Miri Ofek).
