Birman Timber and Hardware Ltd. (TASE:BIRM) is moving its logistics center from Kiryat Bialik to Golani Junction in the Galilee. Birman bought the 100,000-sq.m. logistics center and industrial buildings for $2.3 million.
Birman recently opened a 400-sq.m. showroom at the Design Center in Ramat Gan (across the street from the Ayalon Mall), at $30 per sq.m. per month in a two-year lease, with a two-year option. Birman spent about NIS 1 million on the showroom.
Birman has also rented 400 sq.m. showroom at the Check Post Junction in Haifa, from Alliance Tire Co. Ltd. (TASE:ALIN) at $11 per sq.m. per month, including management fees, in an 18-month lease, with an 18-month option.
