Israel-Canada Chambers of Commerce to promote jewelry exports

Israeli jewelry companies with meet Canadian jewelry buyers in Toronto and Montreal on October 31-November 4.

The Israel-Canada Chamber of Commerce & Industry will help Israeli jewelry companies export their products to Canada by sponsoring a series of business meetings between Israeli jewelry companies and 30 Canadian jewelry buyers. The Chamber of Commerce will act as a go-between at the meetings.

The Israel-Canada Chamber of Commerce and Industry, headed by president Yehuda Raveh, is cooperating in the program with the Israel Export and International Cooperation Institute. Israel-Canada Chamber of Commerce & Industry manager Amos Cohen noted that Israel-Canada bilateral trade had grown in 2005, compared with 2004, when it totaled $650 million.

The meetings will take place in Toronto and Montreal on October 31-November 4, 2005.
