Maccabi Healthcare Services subsidiary Assuta Medical Centers Ltd. will buy American Medical Center in Rishon LeZion of NIS 3.3 million in collateral given to a bank.

Rachel Shmueli, senior deputy CEO at Assuta, said that American Medical Center’s activity was compatible with Assuta, and would enable the latter to fill the demand for its services.
