The company will manage the Givatayim Mall, Gamla in the Park in Ra’anana, and the Life Park luxury residential project now under construction on the Herzliya beachfront.
Mekdan Maintenance and Logististics Ltd., owned by Housing and Construction Holding Co.(Shikun u'Binui) (TASE: HUCN), Kardan NV (TASE: KRNV;AEX:KARD) and CEO Yossi Kanetti, has won three property management contracts for an aggregate 50,000 sq.m.
The three properties are the 20,000-sq.m. Givatayim Mall; Ra’anana’s Gamla in the Park, with 15,000 sq.m. of office space and 5,200 sq.m. of commercial space; and the 50-unit Life Park luxury residential project with a spa and swimming pool now under construction on the Herzliya beachfront.
One of Israel’s largest property management companies, Mekdan manages over one million sq.m. across the country. Kanetti said Israeli developers had become increasingly aware in recent years of the need for consultancy even before the start of construction.
