Panorama Software Systems Ltd., controlled by executive chairperson Rony Ross, is continuing to expand. The company signed an OEM with Europe’s VcsTimeless a month ago. Sources inform ''Globes'' that the agreement is expected to generate $1.5 million for Panorama Software over the next three years.
Panorama Software develops and distributes business intelligence (BI) solutions for enterprises. VcsTimeless, which provides software solutions and services for small retailers, will integrate Panorama Software’s solutions with its products basket. VcsTimeless will offer BI solutions to small and medium-sized customers, and will help them compete against large retail chains.
Under the OEM, VcsTimeless will integrate Panorama Software’s NovaView 5 software in software solutions offered to retail customers. VcsTimeless serves 450 speciality retailers and 10 000 stores in more than 40 countries. The new BI solution, Colombus BI, will enable customers to obtain more detailed information on their sales and product performances and trends, along with increased efficiency of analysis the point-of-sale (POS) level.
