Israel's Tamir Fishman has agreements with RBC Capital Markets and Axa Investment Management.
Investment house Tamir Fishman Venture Capital (TASE: TFVC) is the latest Israeli firm to enter a partnership with foreign investors, with the announcement today of a joint strategic venture with European investment Group Altium Capital. Under the agreement, Tamir Fishman will serve as Altium’s representative in all matters relating to banking and investment in Israel.
Tamir Fishman will use Altium’s infrastructure and know-how to offer finance raising and underwriting services to Israeli companies wishing to go public on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and Alternative Investment Market (AIM). Altium, which specializes in mergers and acquisitions in Europe, will provide a similar service using Tamir Fishman’s expertise to European companies interested in mergers and acquisitions in Israel.
Altium has nine branches throughout Europe. Tami Fishman is the strategic partner of RBC Capital Markets and also cooperates with European investment group AXA (NYSE: AXA; Paris: AXAF).
