The Flash memory developer expects revenue for the first quarter of 2006 to exceed $170 million.
M-Systems Flash Disk Pioneers (Nasdaq: FLSH) today announced that it expects revenues for the first quarter of 2006 to exceed the upper limit of its previous guidance of $140 to $170 million.
Additionally, the company expects pro-forma earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter calculated in accordance with GAAP is expected to exceed $0.10 cents, and the effect of the amortization of stock-based compensation to be approximately $0.06 cents.
EPS for the quarter, calculated excluding amortization of stock-based compensation is expected to exceed $0.16 cents
