YH Dimri Construction & Development Ltd. (TASE: DIMRI) reports that, over the past year, it has sold 105 apartments in Modi’in projects to families from English-speaking countries. The buyers are Israeli and Jews residing in the US, UK and South Africa, some of whom have immigrated.
Most of the US and UK buyers are religiously observant couples aged 45 and over, who bought the apartments as long-term investments, or as apartments for their children. The South African buyers are mostly couples in their 30s and their families from Johannesburg and Cape Town who are planning to immigrate to Israel over the coming years.
