The 250,000-sq.m. industrial park, adjacent to Beit Shemesh, will be built over five years.
Sources inform ''Globes'' that Denisra International Ltd. and Kibbutz Tzora will jointly build a 250,000-sq.m. industrial park for $150 million over five years. The industrial park will be built on kibbutz land adjacent to Beit Shemesh.
Denisra recently bought half the rights from the kibbutz to a 170-dunam (42.5-acre) are for NIS 25 million, on the basis of Israel Land Administration (ILA) resolution 717.
