Tel Aviv: A 90-sq.m. three-room apartment with parking on Marc Chagall St. was sold for $350,000. A 122-sq.m. four-room apartment with a sea view on Samborski St., New Ramat Aviv, was sold for $420,000 (Re/MAX).
Givatayim: A 110-sq.m. four-room garden apartment on Palmach St. was sold for $245,000 (Re/MAX).
Herzliya: A 110-sq.m. four-room apartment on Weizmann St. was sold for $256,000. A 130-sq.m. four-room apartment on Harav Goren St. was sold for $303,000. A 150-sq.m. five-room apartment on Shai Agnon St. was sold for $273,000. A 135-sq.m. four-and-a-half-room apartment in need of renovation on Yair Stern St. was sold for $271,000 (Levy Yitzhak).
Hod Hasharon: A 100-sq.m. three-room apartment on Zalman Shazar St. was sold for $220,000. A 115-sq.m. four-room apartment on Hahomesh St. was sold for $258,000. A 150-sq.m. five-room apartment on Hatavas St. was sold for $380,000 (Levy Yitzhak).
Moshav Bitzaron: A 144-sq.m. five-room house on a 600-sq.m. lot was sold for $335,000.

Herzliya: A partly furnished three-room apartment on Yehuda Halevi St. was leased for $600 a month. A four-room apartment on Ma’apilei Morocco St. was leased for $600 a month. A four-room apartment on Ha’atzmaut St. was leased for $700 a month (Levy Yitzhak).
Ganei Tikva: A 220-sq.m. six-room house with a basement on a half-dunam (eighth-acre) lot was leased for $1,750 a month (Executives Reality).
Rishon LeZion: An 85-sq.m. three-room apartment on Harashba St. was leased for $620 a month. A 90-sq.m. three-room apartment on Maagal Hashalom St. was leased for $700 a month (Executives Reality).
