Ramat Hasharon: An old house slated for demolition on a 335-sq.m. lot zoned for a 300-sq.m. house on Lehi St. was sold for $500,000. A 120-sq.m. five-room garden apartment on Hahagana St. was sold for $415,000. A 120-sq.m. four-room apartment on Sinai St. was sold for $310,000; the foreign buyer bought the apartment four months ago for $290,000. A new 135-sq.m. five-room apartment in the Olpiner Project was sold for for $360,000 (Anglo-Saxon).

Ness Ziona A 125-sq.m. five-room apartment on Bilu St. was sold for $222,000. A 170-sq.m. five-room house on a 350-sq.m. lot was sold for $310,000. A 110-sq.m. four-room apartment in need of renovation on Bialik St. was sold for $154,000. A 130-sq.m. five-room apartment was sold for $238,000 (Anglo-Saxon).

Jerusalem and environs
Ramat Beit Shemesh: A 197-sq.m. six-room house on Kotlev St. was sold for $255,000 (Anglo-Saxon).
Haifa and the north

Haifa: A renovated 110-sq.m. four-room apartment with parking on Soroka St. was sold for $210,000. A 90-sq.m. four-room apartment on Borla St. was sold for $110,000. A 70-sq.m. two-and-a-half-room apartment in need of renovation on Wedgewood St., Central Carmel, was sold for $100,000. A 120-sq.m. four-and-a-half-room apartment on Tishbi St., Central Carmel, was sold for $228,000 (Anglo-Saxon).

Rentals
Tel Aviv and central region

Herzliya Pituah: A 300-sq.m. five-room house with a basement and swimming pool was leased to an African Ambassador for $4,000 a month, in a two-year lease with a one-year option. A furnished 60-sq.m. two-room apartment with a sea view on Ramot Yam St. was leased to a foreign couple writing a book about Israel for $1,600 a month in a one-year lease with a one-year option (Anglo-Saxon).

Ramat Hasharon: A 140-sq.m. four-room penthouse on Szold St. was leased for $1,500 a month (Anglo-Saxon).

Hadera: A three-room apartment in the town center was leased for $375 a month (Anglo-Saxon).


Haifa and the north

Haifa: A 70-sq.m. two-and-a-half-room apartment on Smolenskin St. Ahuza, was leased for $450 a month. A three-room apartment on Dudi Pinski St., Central Carmel, was leased for $640 a month. A 100-sq.m. four-room apartment on Horev St., Ahuza, was leased for $580 a month. A 110-sq.m. house on Horev St., Ahuza, was leased for $660 a month (Anglo-Saxon).
