The acquisition of Europe Assistance Israel will make Femi Premium Israel’s leading medical assistance services provider.
Migdal Insurance and Financial Holdings Ltd. (TASE: MGDL) has sold Europe Assistance Israel Ltd. to Femi Premium Ltd., a medical services and monitoring company, for NIS 15.5 million. The parties also agreed that, over the next five years, Migdal will buy the assistance services which, until now it had bought from Europe Assistance Israel, from Femi Premium.
Migdal deputy CEO and head of insurance division Amir Shelah said, “Assistance services create special added value for the buyers of Migdal’s insurance policies. This sale agreement ensures that our customers and agents will receive excellent service after the activity is transferred to new owners.”
