Ad 120 Management Hod Hasharon Ltd., a chain of luxury assisted living facilities is building a new $50 million facility in Ramat Hahayal, Tel Aviv. Am-Hal Ltd., controlled by Joseph (Yossi) Maiman, owns Ad 120, which has two facilities, one each in Hod Hasharon and in Rishon LeZion. Ad 120 means “Until 120” in Hebrew.
The Ramat Hahayal facility will have 258 units of one to three rooms each.
