NIS 2b demand for Tagor bonds

The bond issue raised NIS 114 million.

Yesterday’s bond issue by real estate company Tagor Capital Ltd. (TASE:TGCP) was oversubscribed by more than NIS 2 billion. Tagor raised NIS 114 million in an issue of bonds and warrants.

Demand in the public tender was 100 times oversubscribed. In view of this, institutional investors will only receive 50% of their orders, while the allocation to those investors who ordered shares at the minimum interest rate will be 3.4%.

The underwriters for the issue were Apex Underwriting & Issue Management Ltd, Meitav Underwriting Ltd., Gilon-Tao Underwriting & Issuing Ltd. ,and Analyst Underwriting and Issuing Ltd..

The tender was based on the interest rate set for the bonds, 6.25%. The bonds will be index-linked and will be repaid in six equal installments from 2010 through 2015.
