Aura buys Bucharest lot for €5.3 million.
B.Yair Building Corporation 1988 Ltd. (TASE:BYAR) subsidiary SIDI Investments Kft has bought land in Budapest for €10.5 million. The lot is zoned for a 180,000-sq.m. residential, office and commercial complex.
B. Yair plans to finance construction of the complex with bank loans, after meeting the bank’s terms for equity.
Aura Investments Ltd. (TASE:AURA) has bought a lot, zoned for 600 apartments, in Bucharest for €5.3 million. The company expects NIS 300 million proceeds from the project. This is the company’s fifth project in Eastern Europe.
