Bank Leumi (TASE: LUMI) subsidiary Bank Leumi (UK) plc, which provides private banking services, is opening a representative office in Tel Aviv. The office will focus on marketing and business development of the bank and its subsidiaries Bank Leumi (Jersey) Ltd. and Leumi Overseas Trust Corporation (LOTC).
Bank Leumi (UK) has a main office in London and a branch in Manchester. Bank Leumi (Jersey) provides offshore banking and trust services. Another subsidiary, Leumi ABL Ltd., based in Brighton, provides factoring and account clearing services for the small and medium-sized enterprise sector.
