Business process management (BMP) solutions developer PNMsoft Ltd. has raised $3.3 million from Goldrock The company will use proceeds to develop its European and North American markets.
The company’s headquarters is in London, with R&D centers in Netanya and Romania, and offices in New York. The company’s flagship product, “Sequence” has been installed at 200 companies in all business sectors worldwide. Sequence offers turnkey BMP solutions which can be integrated with best-of-breed third party products. The system facilitates establishing, operating, managing, and monitoring of BPM applications, thereby saving time and costs. The company recently joined the Microsoft Business Process Alliance, and announced that it was expanding its British operations.
Goldrock is part of Goldman Investments Ltd. It focuses on equity investments in mature companies. Investments in Israeli companies include BATM Advanced Communications Ltd. (LSE: BVC) and medical devices start-up Cadent Ltd., which is developing a 3D solution for dental procedures.
PNMsoft CEO Gal Horvitz said, “Goldrock’s investment in PNMsoft gives us the financial backing we need to speed up and expand our international activity, with an emphasis on activity in Europe. We intend to become the dominant company in our field in Europe and we also plan to expand our activity in North America. We’re also planning an IPO. Goldrock has close ties with important and influential companies in the software and global capital markets, especially in the UK, where we’re headquartered.”
