NSI will expand investments outside of the Netherlands into other European countries.
Habas HZ Investments Ltd. (TASE: HABS) deputy chairman CEO Herzl Habas has been appointed chairman of the supervisory board of Dutch real estate investment trust (REIT) Nieuwe Steen Investments NV (AEX:NISTI), replacing former chairman Mr. Zeeman, who founded the company.
Habas owns 21.6% is the largest shareholder in NSI through a subsidiary jointly owned with Mayer Cars and Trucks Ltd. Habas owns 74% of the subsidiary and Mayer owns 26%,
In addition, NSI shareholders approved a strategic plan to expand investments outside of the Netherlands into other European countries.
