Ashtrom will build the NIS 110 million hotel, which will open in 2010.
Isrotel Ltd. (TASE: ISRO) has selected Ashtrom Properties Ltd. (TASE:ASPR) to build a new hotel in Mizpe Ramon, on the cliff of the Ramon Crater. The company is investing NIS 110 million in the hotel, which will open in 2010.
The hotel will have 112 individual cabins built on a 50-dunam (12.5-acre) site. The cabins will overlook the Ramon Crater, and 42 rooms will have private swimming pools.
Isrotel already operates the 96-room Ramon Inn in Mizpe Ramon.
