The company has announced "The Next Israeli Killer Application for FaceBook Challenge".
Kardan NV (TASE: KRNV;AEX:KARD) subsidiary Unicell Advanced Cellular Solutions Ltd., which provides content distribution and cellular clearing services, today announced a competition to develop a FaceBook application. The four-week competition will begin on December 12. It is intended for students and independent developers.
FaceBook currently has 9,337 applications in various fields, ranging from dating services to games.
The competition is entitled "The Next Israeli Killer Application for FaceBook Challenge". Applications can be filed in five categories: mobile, media (video, audio, and images), games, e-commerce, and free end-use. The winner in each category will win an iPhone and a commitment from Unicell to market and publish the application.
