The company has now raised a total of $30 million to date.
Israeli start-up OptimalTest Ltd. has raised $16 million in its second financing round. Evergreen Venture Partners led the round and was joined by the company's existing investors, Pitango Venture Capital, and Carmel Ventures. OptimalTest also announced a multiyear agreement worth millions of dollars a year with an unnamed Taiwanese semiconductor manufacturer. The company has now raised a total of $30 million to date.
OptimalTest was founded in 2004 by CEO Dan Glotter, and COO Nir Erez. Glotter was previously manager of testing at Intel's Fab 18 in Kiryat Gat. Erez is a partner in the Eyron Group and was founder and CEO of ActionBase Corp., a US-based Eyron spin-off.
OptimalTest developes software systems for semiconductor testing management. The company's products are based on a software engine that that synchronizes and regulates all critical test processes and operations, in real-time production and off-line.
