RFID solutions developer BOS Better Online Solutions Ltd. (Nasdaq: BOSC; TASE:BOSC) has acquired automatic identification and data collection solutions developer Dimex Systems Ltd. for NIS 17.6 million, plus NIS 27 million for the company's inventory.
BOS is financing the takeover in cash and 500,000 BOS shares, amounting to 4.4% of its share capital, as well as with a bank loan. BOS will take on Dimex's senior management and most of its workforce of 55.
BOS chairman Edouard Cukierman said, "This acquisition is an important step in the execution of our strategy and a clear demonstration of our vision to become a major provider of integrated RFID solutions."
