The bank looks to set up more ATMs that accept cash deposits.
Bank Leumi (TASE: LUMI) has introduced a new self service ATM that will accept coins. One machine has been stationed at a bank branch in Eilat, and another in the self-service forecourt of the bank's branch in Rubinstein House in Tel Aviv. Customers wishing to make a cash deposit can pour their coins into a receptacle on the front of the machine, which will then sort them by size, weight, and shape, and issue a receipt for the amount deposited.
Bank Leumi is planning to open more ATM forecourts including the new coin acceptance machines in the coming months, the first of which will be located inside the bank's new branch in the Modiin Mall.
