Application security solutions developer Applicure Technologies Ltd. (TASE:APCR) has signed a term sheet with UK boutique investment company Trafalgar Capital Management (UK) LLP for the investment of up to $5 million in the company over three years. Trafalgar Capital made the investment through its Specialized Investment Fund.
Applicure added that it is continuing negotiations with other Israeli and foreign investors to investment in the company.
