Current CEO Orly Yarkoni announced that she would leave the company.
Former Ness Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: NSTC) president and CEO Raviv Zoller will apparently be appointed chairman of IDI Israel Direct Insurance Ltd. (TASE: IDI) shortly, although the board has not yet been discussed his appointment. Earlier this week, Orly Yarkoni, the CEO of both IDI Israel Direct Insurance and its subsidiary IDI Insurance Company Ltd. announced that she would leave the company, after three years in the job.
Zoller resigned from Ness at the end of 2006, after six year as the head of the IT services company. He previously served as CFO of the company. In July 2007, he was appointed chairman of Clal Underwriting Ltd.
