Paychex provides payroll outsourcing services to more than 600,000 companies worldwide.
Synel Industries Ltd. (TASE: SNEL) has sold a license for its online employee attendance software to Paychex Inc.(Nasdaq: PAYX), a leading US human resources and employee benefits outsourcing solution provider, which services more than 600,000 companies worldwide. The deal is worth $1.5 million.
Synel's solution is based on an application service provider and sold through the company's US marketing subsidiary. The system can handle tens of thousands of employees and directly interfaces with enterprise payroll systems and hardware.
