Israeli start-up BMBY Software Solutions Ltd., which develops web-based software systems for the real estate market, will supply its solution to Century21 Real Estate LLC for its agencies in Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan. The company said that the deal was worth NIS 50 million over the next five years. BMBY collaborates with Century21 in Israel.
Century21 entered the real estate market in these three countries in recent years through local franchises. The company has 98 agencies in Russia, and plans to have 1,200 agencies in Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan within five years.
BMBY will enable access to its ERP software by 150 Century21 agencies by the end of the year, and will later expand access to all the company's agencies in the region.
BMBY founder and CEO Mark Zeevi told "Globes" that the joint venture with Century21 in these countries was a breakthrough, and that Century21 franchisees in China and Brazil were also interested in the company's solution.
