ITL Optronics Ltd. (TASE: ITL) has won a NIS 9.2 million order from a Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) country to carry out the first stage of the delivery of tactical command and control systems for the country's ground forces.
ITL subsidiary Harchnet Ltd. will execute the deal. Deliveries will be made during the fourth quarter, which is normally the company's weakest quarter.
In a separate development, the TASE notified ITL that it will be relegated from the Tel-Tech index on July 1 because it does not comply with the index criteria.
