Ness Israel president to head new group

Shachar Efal will be responsible for the development of Ness Technologies’ global capabilities, as well as strengthening the connection with Ness’ partners worldwide.

IT services vendor Ness Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: NSTC) has announced another executive change. Ness Israel president Shachar Efal is stepping down after three years in the post, and after nine years at the company. He will be replaced by Ness Israel VP Effi Kotek, who took up the post in January. Efal is the last holdover from the era of former Ness Technologies CEO Raviv Zoller.

Beginning in September, Efal will serve as president of Ness Technologies’ new Center of Excellence (COE) and Global Partners group. Efal will be responsible for the development of Ness Technologies’ global capabilities, as well as strengthening the connection with Ness’ partners worldwide.
