Maayan Ventures Ltd. (TASE:MAYN) portfolio company Audiodent Israel Ltd. has raised $350,000 from the incubator and company director Shraga Shahak. AudioDent is developing wireless hearing aids.
Maayan Ventures will own 6.38% of AudioDent after the investment, which reflects a company value of NIS 4 million, before money. The company has also obtained permission to continue for a third year at the incubator at an investment of NIS 494,000.
AudioDent claims that people fitted with the prototype of its hearing aid report good hearing and speaking performance.
