Document recognition software developer Top Image Systems Ltd. (Nasdaq: TISA; TASE:TISA) has signed a strategic partnership with document capture solutions developer Imaging Business Machines LLC (IBML) to better serve high-end customers with a combined information processing solution.
Top Image UK managing director Oded Leiba said, “Our partnership with IBML further enhances our end-to-end solution and strengthens our mailroom offering. Our combined solution offers organizations more efficient processes, leading to improved customer services, and compliance against SLA’s and industry regulations."
IBML business development manager UK, Africa and Western Europe Ashley Keil, said that the collaboration was "a winning formula."
Top Image posted a GAAP-based net loss of $1.3 million for the second quarter, 13 times the $97,000 loss for the corresponding quarter of 2007, despite a 36% increase in revenue to $8.3 million from $6.1 million.
