Radcom in South American telco follow-on deal

Radcom is providing its Omni-Q service assurance solution.

Radcom Ltd. (Nasdaq: RDCM; TASE:RDCM) has sold its Omni-Q service assurance solution to a major South American mobile service provider. The company did not disclose the size of the deal or the name of the customer, who already uses the company wireline monitoring solution for its SS7 and VoIP networks.

The operator will use Omni-Q to provide a unified platform for the operator's converged mobile and fixed GSM, GPRS and UMTS networks, both legacy and next-generation networks.

Radcom fell 10.8% on Nasdaq yesterday to $1.07 and fell 17.4% on the TASE. Its shares fell a further 4.3% on the TASE by midday Wednesday.
