Horn and Leibowitz may exploit the mall's unused 4,000 sq.m. of building rights.
Horn and Leibowitz Ltd. will upgrade Afula's Ha'amakim Mall for NIS 10 million. Architec Eran Mabal will design the upgrade of the 11,000-square meter mall. The upgrade will include replacing all store fronts and the mall's external facade. Horn and Leibowitz are also considering exploiting the mall's unused 4,000 square meters of building rights.
