Software co Ayehu raises NIS 2m from MG

Ayehu Software Technologies Ltd. has raised NIS 2 million from MG Investment Capital Ltd. The company develops software for managing computer centers.

Ayehu general manager Gabby Nizri and VP product Yaron Levy founded the company in 2007. The company's software has been installed at Amdocs Ltd. (NYSE: DOX), Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: CHKP), Walla Communications Ltd. (TASE: WALA), and other companies.

MG Equity Partners CEO Amir Raveh and head of corporate finance Robert Pincas founded MG Investment Capital in 2007 to invest in mid-tech and high-tech companies that have completed product development and have begun sales.
