Kliot Energy has put its 19 gas stations up for sale.
Sources inform ''Globes'' that all four of Israel's large fuel companies - Delek Israel Fuel Corporation Ltd. (TASE: DLKIS), Paz Oil Company Ltd. (TASE:PZOL), Sonol Israel Ltd,, and Dor Alon Energy in Israel (1988) Ltd. (TASE:DRAL) - want to buy the gas station business of Kliot Energy Ltd. Industry sources estimate the value of the company's 19 gas stations, most of which are located in the northern Sharon area, at several tens of millions of shekels.
Kliot Energy also operates in the institutional market, provides diesel and oils to industry and businesses, as well as to private customers out of three centers in Rosh Ha'Ayin and Givat Shmuel in greater Tel Aviv area, and Poriya in the Galilee. The company also owns the Paamon chain of convenience stores.
