In the past two months, eGlue Business Technologies Ltd. has signed two large contracts, each worth several million dollars. Nationwide Financial Services Inc.(NYSE: NFS), a US leading insurance and financial services firm, which has 16 million policies in force, is one customer; eGlue did not disclose the name of the other.
eGlue was founded in 2001 and has raised $30 million to date from Cedar Fund, Giza Venture Capital, Evergreen Venture Partners, Kibbutz Ein Shemer, Kibbutz Maagan Michael, as well as private investors.
The company has developed the InterAct real-time CIM suite, which enables service provides to improve the efficiency of communications via all channels - telephone, sales points, and online.
