Aastra Technologies will offer AudioCodes VoIP solutions as part of its IP telephony solutions.
VoIP solutions provider AudioCodes Ltd. (Nasdaq: AUDC; TASE: AUDC) today reach a distribution agreement with Canadian IP-telephony solutions provider Aastra Technologies Ltd. (TSX: AAH), under which Aastra will deliver AudioCodes' digital and analog gateways with its IP-PBX solutions.
AudioCodes and Aastra are collaborating on a long-term strategy to help customers with investments in legacy equipment to migrate to a standards-based IP infrastructure.
AudioCodes' share rose 2.4% in early trading today on Nasdaq to $2.17. The share fell 1.6% on the TASE to NIS 8.36.
