The Tel Aviv Regional Planning and Building Commission has approved for deposit a plan to expand the Azrieli Group's Ayalon Mall in Ramat Gan by adding an additional story.
The mall's current size is 20,000 square meters, and the addition would add 7,5000 square meters for commercial use. The addition would actually be the completion of the second floor, which today is incomplete and houses only the Yes Planet movie theater.
The additional space will house classrooms, offices, health clinics, and banks. The plan also calls for developing the parking area of the mall.
