Global underwear manufacturer Triumph International this week signed an agreement to lease space on Kibbutz Tzora's high-tech and logistics industrial park near Beit Shemesh. The industrial park is jointly owned by Kibbutz Tzora and Denisra International Ltd.
Triumph will transfer its current Israeli offices and logistics facilities over the next year from Jerusalem's Talpiot industrial zone providing construction permits are received on time.
Triumph will rent 1,250 square meters of office space for NIS 37 per square meter monthly and a 2,500 square meter logistics center for NIS 28 per square meter monthly. Triumph signed a 10 year contract with an option for a further 5 to 24 years. The contract also allows Triumph to double their logistical space.
Tzora industrial park is not far from the Beit Shemesh railway station. Construction in the 300 dunam (75 acre) park has begun on 10,000 square meters of offices, mainly for high-tech, while Zeta Group for conveyance equipment and crane parts is about to complete a 1,200 square meter logistics center there.
